Joint Development Agreement এ Land Owner ল্যান্ডের পরিবর্তে যে Year এ Flat Hand Over পাবেন ( মিউনিসিপ্যালিটি Completion Certificate Issue করার পর) Capital Gains Tax দিতে হবে( ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রি না হলেও) না কয়েক বছর পর যে বছর Land Owner ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রি করবেন,সে বছরই Capital Tax দিতে হবে? এ ব্যাপারে নানা জনের নানা মত। তাই আমাদের এ ব্যাপারে সংশয় আছে। আপনার মতামত জানলে বাধিত হবো।
