If I had a nickel for everytime there was back-to-back kidnapper video titles, I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.
Unfortunately that's not the first time I hear about a cop creeping on a woman and using his status as a cop to pressure her. I'm sure it's not the case everywhere but in a lot of times cops cover each other. Well, in my country at least
@@deusex4905I literally started saying "oh my god, yes, an adult!" to my empty car as soon as the professor stepped in. College students are technically adults, yeah, but they need a higher level adult still to help them out sometimes
The utensil story is basically why my husband does the dishes and I do laundry; there are kitchen items he doesn't want in the dishwasher, and there are clothes I don't want in the dryer 😂
The police officer lied to that girl and she should seek a lawyer because he used his position unlawfully as well as telling her that he was going to a rest her and take her down town! He is disgusting and he should be fired and she needs to back this up and see it through
Part of me wonders if kidnapping in story 1 had either something far darker in it, or possible reversed of who kidnapped who, or even family disagreeing with the relationship and reporting to police claiming kidnapping (mother feeling like she has to back her family). Or most likely Stockholm syndrome.
Story 4: girl, get a big scary dog, like a rottie or a mastiff or a shepherd. Something that wont hesitate to use their teeth to protect their mama in an emergency
As a Jehovahs witnesses, im sorry that the op of the 5th story for what she went through and that is disappointing for what the parents did and reacted. That is not what we are taught, they are a bad representation of JWs. That should have been handled better. You will get rotten eggs in every culture, race and religion. I just hope that the op gets the help she needs and the parents need to work on theirselves and their spiritually. Its just not how we are suppose to be,nor what the bible teaches us.
Yeah, so I grew up in Jehovahs witnesses and my best friend was SAed and abused by an elder for two years starting when we were 11. The problem with Jehovahs witnesses is that the organization encourages keeping these actual crimes hush hush and to be dealt with by elders and within the organization, not by outside law enforcement. It's systemic. There's a reason why there are so many documentaries about this, and a reason why so many ex jw talk about abuse within the org. It's not just a few bad eggs. It's an organization that fits all the criteria for a cult and fosters a perfect environment for abusers to thrive and receive minimal to no punishment. I'm sure you're a nice person but wake up (pun intended)
Cops know better than to be creeps like that. "Cop buddies" don't usually approve of anyone doing that. I have many in my family and that stuff if not allowed.
Story 1: there are some discrepancies with her parents’ story. OP mentioned her dad was wearing a school uniform when he kidnapped their mom, yet no one was home because it was during the holidays? Do kids in her parents’ country wear school uniforms even on their days off?
@@kmarie7296, but when replying to a question OP said that “no one was home because it was the holidays so the servants also got time off”. I assumed this meant it was a national holiday for everyone, like Christmas or something like that.
I wonder if the family from the first story are Filipino? One of my friends told me her husband kidnapped her when she was 15. He was older and in the military and then they came to the US.
No thanks. I'll pass. No spiders, lizards, snakes, birds, monkeys, rodents for pets. The closest I have came to having an "exotic" pet was our 2 turtles. I've had a variety of dog breeds over the years and a few cats.
You know, I don't understand why some people choose to get into mental health fields, or health fields at all. Like, my mother has been studying for the past few years to get into councilling, and while it's great she's doing so, she also has the same response every time I try to bring up an issue I have about her behaviour with her; "Well, I'm just not very good at picking up on these things," These things in question typically being my emotional states. Which I find laughable considering I'm the most noticeably emotional in the family. It's part of why I enjoy theatre so much. And yet I'm the only one in the family she struggles to guess the emotions of. But ah well. Good that the OP in the last story is having better luck in dealing with a weird mother.
I'm sorry. Give him a break!! Your dad's been amazing to you and gave you a good life but you want to bring something up that happened 20 years ago. You weren't even alive! Get over it
The story about the SA - SA is never ok, but OP is definitely leaving out important info. Circumstances surrounding the SA was omitted. Why was the relationship with her parents so strained that she couldn't go to them first? Before the police? There is much more to this story.
OP did say that it happened a month or two ago. It's definitely still fresh. As for why she didn't go to her parents, their reaction said it all. With stealing the police report. OP's Mom blaming her. She had to escape her parents house and go to a woman's shelter. It's understandable that she didn't give a bunch of details.
@@lindah3803 HI. I guess what I mean is, I do not completely believe what she says about her parents reaction. She definitely omitted something important. I hope the guy goes to jail.
@@toniwilkins252 I figured you weren't buying her story. For me,her having to go to a woman's shelter says something. Also it's very common for SA victims to withhold information. To only give surface level details. It's common to take quite a while for a victim to reveal the whole story.

S7 about the spoon girl was immature
Right??? I was so confused, like "I've already seen this..."

Those are good parents in the first story… except the kidnapping part lmfaooo
Omg that cop is beyond what’s needed also pretty sure he’s blackmailing op definitely stalking op ops friend no this isn’t romantic this is creepy
Ew the police officer story. That’s so gross. Abuse of power.

The kidnapping store sounds like a movie plot

that first story is just the average rom-com from the early 2000’s

Perhaps he was wearing the uniform to appear more friendly or safer.
Not normally......
The difference could be that he was in high school, but the mom was in university. They could be on different schedules.
