- New Marksman Arclight Outlaw - Ixia will be available on 07/08.
When performing a Basic Attack, Ixia's arc-shaped bullet trajectory can surprise her enemies. Besides that, she can also trigger marks on all enemies in front of her that are within her Basic Attack range to deal damage and recover a certain amount of HP!

Hi i wanna make a hero suggestion for argus. I suggest to make his old 3 hit passive his new first skill, same cooldown, and make his second skill deal burst reap damage in order not to rely on passive, and make getting passive faster with better scaling and heal, and for his ult make its passive movement speed or resilience not physical attack as its practically useless. I truly think this would make argus balanced as he is very slept on hero and doesn't fit at all.
