Few corrections.
Gojo’s teleport in the anime was based off him fighting the box mask guy. (He broke the window with infinity before failing to finish him off with red)
Itadori’s manji kick was a move he used on Mahito at the start of their fight in Shibuya (when the transfigured humans turned into a wall and was constantly closing them in. They walked together and Mahito tried punching him and that’s when Yuji used Manji kick)

And they actually explained the Manji kick in the manga but in the anime it happened way faster. When Yuji and Mahito are walking towards each other while the wall is constantly closing them in, Mahito tries punching Yuji and Yuji dodges it and performs the Manji kick.

O an air-black flash it is easy, first jump+2 while doing skill 3 and and when u press skill 3 wait 1 sec and click again. There u go!
