That shot of Fine and Ver working together in FIS before joining the Disaster Team is revealing. The problem with LiNKER is it needs to be tailored specifically for the user. Kanade's LiNKER was a prototype based on what research Ryoko could steal from Ver before defecting from FIS.
While Symphogear Relics don't have consciousness, all Symphogears do use a mental link with their user to function-the outfit design, the attacks-all of those things are defined by the user's sync rates and state of mind, with the song lyrics conveying their mindset. For example, Kirika and Shirabe viewed themselves as the bad guys last season, and thus their outfits were predominantly black, but now that they no longer do, the black parts of their symphogear design got replaced by white. To rend means to tear something apart. Ame No Habakiri is known as the sword that can rend heavens themselves, so Tsubasa notes that it's ironic that the heaven-rending sword itself has been rent now. Mythologically, Dain is one of the weapons-forger dwarves in Norse mythology. He's most famous for crafting Dainsleif, the name of which translates to Dain's Legacy-a sword most famous for its curse, for it must kill someone each time it is to be unsheathed. Chateau De Tiffauges, on the other hand, is the name of the legendary castle of Bluebeard, Giles de Rais-a place where his messed-up experiments supposedly transpired in real history.
The stroganoff song was a really hilarious moment, the next episodes are going to be wild with the lore placement after getting all the information from this episode. That's a very good question what would have happened to Hibiki if she was still the relic hybrid, IMO she would have died since the protection coat from the Symphogear couldn't protect her, the shenshoujing worked since it banished evil, so by concept the relic was kind of a curse consuming her, but the alca-noise would just deleted her since they are set to destroy o dissect as Carol said, or at least that's what I think. Phara's sword beaker introduces a new term of philosophical weapon, that's where the relic history and lore will start playing important parts since concepts are important to the series.
If you would like to hear any of the songs from this episode, MinaYuki has great lyric videos for them Kirika's new song Overkill Scythe Hell - ruclips.net/video/q931vP0mQsg/видео.html Not really a full song, but hey, here's the school crew's one also Beef Stroganoff no Uta - ruclips.net/video/YA580y494tk/видео.html
THERE IT IS, THE MOST IMPORTANT SCENE IN ALL OF SYMPHOGEAR HISTORY - THE BEEF STROGANOFF SONG!!! Edit: 24:43 The subs get it wrong here, Hibiki says the chant doesn't come up to her. Basically the chants are made from the lost Common Language, so it's not something people can "learn," but as she explained in the GX Extras the Symphogears start playing music and the songs come naturally to them. The chants to activate the Symphogears are also done in the same way, so it's not something you can "remember" or "forget," she temporarily lost her connection with the relic because of her mental state, so Gungnir can't make her sing the chant.
I was on my way back from work just now when I absent mindedly thought what symphogear gear would bring us today, then I remembered the crazy gamechanging cliffhanger from last episode of how we got our symphogears destroyed and my genius brain drew the only logical conclusion about the course of todays episode: Today is Beef stroganoff day, isn't it?
Beef Stroganoff!!!! That song is so silly. New ship acquired! GarieXMika is, surprisingly enough, amongst my favourite ships in Symphogear, they are surprisingly cute together and there are some things about those two in particular that i will go into detail later on since it would be bordering spoiler territory rn. New relic: Dainsleif! We only saw a fragment this episode, but the whole blade is shown at the start of the opening and it looks so freaking cool! Now, to wait for next episode and see who is going to get Hibiki and co. out of that situation.
We're all Garie fans here Kanade did have Linker, she died because on the day of the concert she hadn't had any as per Genjuro telling her she didn't have to have any that day. Ver could make top tier Linker that had even less drawbacks than the original made by Fine/Ryoko. Without either of them, SONG has no capability to make more than wouldn't be harmful to the user like the original. The dumb samurai drawing of an Alca-Noise Tsubasa made? That's a drawing from one of the live events that Nana Mizuki made for a little game of 'design a noise', it really was drawn by Tsubasa lol. She even got in the credits for it Don't worry too much about some of the names, it's just fluff. The new names you need are: Alchemist - Carol Blue Autoscorer - Garie Yellow Autoscorer - Leiur Green Autoscorer - Phara Red Autoscorer - Micha Homonculus - Elfnein
Not gonna lie I'm not a big fan of the subtitles, sometimes they are really inaccurate to what the characters are actually saying PD: Many people don't know this but the joke of the Beef Stroganoff song is that it's not how you prepare the Beef Stroganoff
Now that Micha has been revealed I can finally start saying this again; Did I mention that Micha is my spirit animal? Hibiki's problem here is far more simple- she is just so conflicted about her own ideals that she herself cannot bring herself to fight. She has forgotten the summon chant words because of this. A fellow fan can correct me if I'm actually over simplifying it, but that should be it. And this is what I hate about Hibiki. Every season she goes through this. New villain appears, she wants to talk them down and when they refuse, she is left questioning her own morals and ideal to the point of not being able to fight. It's a really tiresome cliche after a while.
@@adolfopaezdiaz4371 Yeah it really is. But at the same time, Hibiki goes through this self doubt stuff each season almost. We get it, you want to be friendly and talk it out rather than always throwing hands. But she went through this in season 2 already.
@@Alice_Haukea No she didn't, this is the only season where the self doubt thing plays a major role in the plot, every other season she just wants to talk things with her enemies. In G she literally put her life in danger because she can't stop fighting to save others

That's a big oversimplification of Hibiki's character especially in this season
