totally wrong ! I can give you many exemple. Why there is still elephant only in countries where they is trophy hunting ? Why there is still Markhor in Pakistan ? Because of trophy hunting. In ALL our hunting areas there is more animals than in many National Park around. Why ? because of trophy hunting. Even WWF and UICN accept that fact.

You hunt maybe but one more time you are totally wrong. Because we are not hunting the biggest stag/Biggest animals. We are hunting the OLDEST. Most of mature maral who are verty strong on mating place are not old. They are 6 to 9 years, very agressive and are pushing out old animals. It is the same for sheeps and goats. Old animals, frm 10 to 13 (sometime 16) are afraid of those young mature males. It is why we will never ruining the next generation in hunting old animals.

And please come to Asia. IMPOSSIBLE to ruin the next generation. Areas are too huge. We are not speaking about high fences. And by the way in hunting old male (more to 10 years old), like humans (a 10 years maral deer or Marcopolo sheep, is like a 60 years man), they got chance to reproduce themself BEFORE to be old ! So don't worry about genetic !
