I did see so pretty cool one year with my folks I think it was Tennessee? When we were down there for Christmas one year. Obviously we won't be going anywhere this year Billy's I hope no one does. Too risky. Frankly I'm glad we can watch Christmas lights stuff like this on RUclips it does help the Holy Spirit one could say. But at that light display that I saw it was more old school stuff I don't think there was a lot of LEDs there may have been some but they did one thing of Santa Claus himself which was done using the projection technique from inside that looked as though he was in the room I think your reflected off of something in through the window I don't know exactly which Technic it was or what to call it I don't think it was rear projection because there was not a screened it was more of a insulated the area you do the old magician's trick somewhere maybe do what they would use to do a ghost scene in theater or others there's a few different ways of doing something like that so yeah but it was definitely done using a video projector and an optical trick of some description. What I'd like to see is somebody do the Night Before Christmas in a large house and have different scenes in different rooms done that way in synced up with a narration in addition to the Christmas light display kind of like it did on that animated Christmas candles that the lights would come on in each room in sync with the story I don't know if it's mr. Christmas or some other brand like that I had prepared at least four of those particular ones I think there was something that was over both in the lamps and they were burn out prematurely if I'm not mistaken although I had it one that under fixed don't know how long that hand it was later on all the bulbs are black I don't know if it's due the same reason or not but I think that they may have replaced those bulbs of a lower voltage and that one maybe after the problem they said that they had tried to fix it but you didn't last long but didn't say anything about light brightness Reservoir different voltages of those bulbs unfortunately. I still remember the ones that would drive people crazy for example bells of Christmas yeah way too short of a cycle and the worst sound ever. Amerifactors possible to make a pleasing bell sound with a few logic gates and a few other components and can be adjusted to frequency easily which probably is what was being used for just the sound on that it sounded just like that. Frankly I would rather have the older set up where you had actual bells that were just triggered by Darlington drivers got 12 volts in a socially relay coils with a clever attached inside an actual brass bell don't remember who made this but what it was actually doing I was just reading eight bits of a ROM chip it was just rubbing through every single address one bite at a time AKA eight bits wish there were eight Bells and if you did that a steady rate using a clock circuit Ringo you're playing back music on those bells it used both five and four poles Burfict movies I repaired the problem with power supply so simple 5 and 4 volt power supply I think it was from I don't remember but it was a little one smaller than Altoids tin it was out of something else but can't remember also old DVD players from thrift stores are good for power supplies as well as old school CD-ROM drives with controls in the headphone jack 5 and 4 volts Rose cheapest CD player

This is the best sequence I've ever seen, absolutely mesmerizing. This should be the official video for this song. And here it is, Christmas Eve three years in the future and my opinion hasn't changed. Absolutely brilliant, this is. The timing, the color choices, the prop placement and chosen effects, this show still beats anything I've seen prior to or since, from anyone. It reminds me of painting with watercolor, the art is knowing when you've applied just the right amount of pigment and anymore would be too much. It's hard to be subtle when the palette is so vibrant, the skill is knowing when to put the brush down. Anyone can paint, few will ever paint a masterpiece. This is a masterpiece. Merry Christmas, everyone, to you and to yours.

Pixels don't make all... only a talented synchronizer who takes time to program gives the wow effect. Even If you watch the arches alone throughout the song you'll understand what makes all the difference.
What agree wholeheartedly what someone should do is if every chain link fence the Old Dixie cup routine or something somewhere dogs inside of each one and as the music is playing lyrics flashing but I like old school crawling message sign. Also something I thought of years ago but horse don't have the means or the way to do we're being to do classic Christmas songs and string up mini lights of holes in boards or other means and do the outline of scenes for each song and do an animation say such as sleigh ride with the horses running and this Legos along in the ground going underneath and Debbie Warehouse you're one where Santa is call me up a ladder to go down a chimney and there's a fire burning in the fireplace that he's going down the chimney he jumps out of the top of the chimney the swine lands in the 4A and reindeer take off his feet in the air or something like that all old school just switching between sets whites I think that would be cooler than some Modern one just to be different and all around it doing it animation of the stable Mary and Joseph and narration and if you have a Tall Tree or other sort of Tower or a high roof van have the store up there and maybe you could do multiple scenes for other religions as well that might to pick this a different way or have a different story do a song that would mention the star you're not the end the star is twinkling. There are some people that actually have a separate service panel just for Christmas light displays. And also there's a good reason why I bought X the big professional light displays are done in an area where RVs would be parked yep player juice and extra 120 volt and 220 volt circuits just what did you 20 yeah I know you're not supposed to but they do in some cases you know Heck on stage we used to split 3-phase feeds legally and yes they make devices are commercially made they have three phase plug the input and separate receptacles on each phase in a long string and yes they have assemblies for that for stage use as well as they use scope X plugs which are multiple are plugs used for state for purposes in some cases should distribute 3 phase power that breaks out a live individual circus from three phase. It's also used for multi circuit lighting and sometimes a break in and break out cables two other types of connectors as well but then again we did have a hundred amp connectors big old pins big enough to stick a finger in a socket wouldn't recommend it also sold the sockets were very similar but slightly different enough they keep you from interchanging them but 120 240 or thereabouts also I did not realize that one time I was trying to connect to lighting system I think it was first or second Electric I did not realize that the connector is trying to plug into on the bar the reason why I was having trouble and couldn't figure it out that was not a hundred twenty volt socket that was a 220 the big stage print plugs and the other person told me to look at these two connectors and I realize someone I said what's up with that he says 120 get us to 20 I said I did not even know that we had 220 available on the lighting bars in the fly system

I would get some addressable leds of Amazon and an Arduino Nano. You can research on coding and start doing some cool effects. The way it’s done in this video there’s a controller which syncs all the lights and a programmed to the music. Lots of work but you can start small
@@manukalias you would need multiple nanos and as a beginner you wouldn’t sync it to music you would just make cool effects, and a nano can do like 8 strands of 100
Xlights is the program Amazing free software. Programmable rgb leds,controllers,wire,extension cords,Cat5 data cable. The list goes on. Dont get me wrong here once you get everything set up and working together and see the smiles on people faces,it is all worth the time and money spent. Having done this myself over a few years (had to stop, long story). I can appreciate how much time and effort has gone into this. Knowing that sequence probably took you over a week to do is impressive dedication. Your creativity is amazing. Literal goosebumps. Great work, keep it up! Maybe ill get back into it at some stage but unless me or a paticular neighbour moves, it aint happening.

Having done this myself over a few years (had to stop, long story). I can appreciate how much time and effort has gone into this. Knowing that sequence probably took you over a week to do is impressive dedication. Your creativity is amazing. Literal goosebumps. Great work, keep it up! Maybe ill get back into it at some stage but unless me or a paticular neighbour moves, it aint happening.

Or I know it's mentioned in the song but don't know if that's a song title it's one of those type of things that you're not sure of sometimes first of all been years that I've heard of it.
