It's no way he's mad about ppl wanting their money back. Bro is definitely not being realistic, if he had money to buy Rozay a iced out piece then he had money to pay for his daughter's procedure. He could've used that money for the piece he bought Ross and used it for his daughter's surgery and I'm sure Ross would've been understanding and donated the rest of whatever else was needed. Like I understand it was Rozay's birthday, but I'm pretty sure he would've rather donated to his niece's surgery than be gifted a necklace he's probably barely going to wear anyway!!!
