I remember that happened to one of cousin's dolls, it changed from English to spanish, it always fell out of her hands and received several hits, I don't know If the hits it received Where involved on that error, the same happened to my watches, I gotta Say I wasn't very careful with them...

Only two exist and are both owned by Yo-kai Watch collectors. The only way to make a watch would be to make a whole new programing because you can't modify files in a toy sound chip.
It's definitely possible. I'm sure someone also got one from hasbro headquarters since they probably would've got sent a Model U to inspect it and make sure that everything was how they wanted it to be. So someone surely had to have got a factory sample of one or two besides the seller we got ours from!
