Wonderful video. This is kind of silly, but today I used an "I am" and it really worked. I was on the bus on an early trip home from work and had to go to the bathroom so I told myself several times "I am not going to pee my pants" and I made it home with no accidents. I'm not saying this to fool around, but just it was a bizarre way that what you said works. To celebrate, I bought a DVD for a friend of mine and myself.

but but but… about victims… as very young and very impressionable children sometimes we DO have things done to us … by way of being bullied or by mean and oppressive authority figures or forcing useless ‘rules’ upon us…
And that sets us on a path to mediocrity instead of owning our power, which we can only do as awakened adults… then how many of us ‘adults’ truly
