you honestly should have millions of followers, lovely work and even more lovely to share it. I was able to recreate this for our daughters 8th birthday and it came out great.
The petal cutter that I used for this tutorial is actually the calyx I used from my Peony tutorial it is 4.5cm length and by about 1.5cm width.
