Yes, after 12th you can join NIFT for b.des. You can sit for its entrance and then depending on your AIR you'll get admission into any NIFT centre out of 18 centres 😊

No it doesn't work like that for every diploma and every degree college. If you do a 2 year Diploma in fashion design from NIFT specifically then you can get admission into Bachelor's of NIFT 2nd year after you give an entrance 😊

Your performance in diploma doesn't matter. You have to sit for the entrance for the lateral entry and then you get your rank and depending on your rank and seat availability you'll be able to choose the centre and department. You can't be sure of any department and centre 😊

@@osheenarora Nothing too complicated, they will be asking very simple questions. they might ask for a basic introduction about yourself and a bit about your personal life. they will want to know why you want to pursue this course, how you found out about it, and what your future goals are. they could also ask if you have any knowledge about design. That’s pretty much it.
