Sounds like Buckwild found the new sax hook late on in the songs production and when they added it, the vibe changed so they ditched the vocal sample and brought back in the highs of the main sample to add dynamics. I definitely prefer the finished version but it's cool to hear this unfinished version.
They couldn't clear the samples from the demo and that sax on the final version was played live and then sampled. I think the demo version was better AND would've made a great second single ❤😞
