Sidetracked at the scrutineering trying to understand why so many cars have a BF registration prefix. This is apparently a Stoke on Trent code. I'm missing something ?
BF are used when the original number has been lost, mostly unused series back in the day as it stood for "bloody fool", of course, now people don't speak like that, so doesn't matter!
