one thing i love about your videos is you reply each and every comment and give proper, well explained and practical replies. wonder why your channel is not growing fast.
Thanks! Even I am wondering that, maybe because RUclips is not recommending my videos to more viewers. Most of my videos get less views but a few do have views in lakhs. All I can sense is that RUclips recommends simple and generalised content that can be viewed by everyone. Technical videos won't be mainstream in my opinion. That's the reason I post a variety of content so that channel keeps growing, no matter at not so fast pace. This way I am able to make technical or niche videos too which never get much views, let alone monetary profit, while a few generalized videos profit adequate gains to keep this entire channel afloat.

Hi sir, i hv a gaming pc p650w gigabyte bronze smps and invertor of 1050va luminous sine wave. problem- on power failure pc doesnt reboots when game not running, it reboots when i play game and there is a power cut rtx 3060 installed please help me?
When PSU is at light loads, hold up time increases so it can keep computer on during mains to inverter switch over, but when you put high loads, like playing a game, hold up time decreases which can't manage output while power switches over. To prevent this you can use UPS mode on your inverter, that should solve this issue. If it still doesn't get solve then you'll need to buy a better quality PSU which has better hold up time, like from Corsair or Cooler Master.

I am thinking to make a video on this topic but I will answer it here too.
PC: 100-500W (depending on application)
NAS: 50-200W (depending on load)
Home theater: 40-350W (depending on sound volume)
27" 4K monitor: 40-120W
22" FHD monitor: 35W
Laser printer: 5-700W
CCTV NVR: 50W
CCTV POE switch: 75W
Gigabit switch: 5W
Wi-Fi 6 router: 5-10W
Wi-Fi 5 router: 15W
Total load is around 400-2000W but as all appliances aren't used simultaneously or used as heavily at once so average load stays under 1200W at average of 600-700W.

@@M-DIY Bought this inverter two days back. On the first day the fans were running periodically every half an hour. It was pretty loud and thought might get adjusted to it. Later on after the battery got fully charged I noticed the fans started running less often. After like two days fan runs very rarely unless long power cut happens. Happy with the inverter so far, your review helped me :D
Fan only runs while battery is charging, or when you put some heavy load otherwise it is mostly off.

@@nv1448 har mahine mein poora discharge karke charge kar liya karo, usse battery ki life bani rahegi. 6-10 saal ke beech life batate hai tubular battery ki. Submarines mein bhi yahi type ki batteries use kari jaati hai isiliye lambi life hai iski.

Stabilizer DOES NOT change waveform of the the supplied voltage, meaning that it it doesn't change sine wave to square wave or vice versa. Wave form of voltage supplied to the stabilizer remains SAME, only over and under voltage is corrected in output supply. Usually stabilizer is used before inverter to correct mains voltage which typically has a lot of fluctuations and irregularities. Voltage generated by inverter is very stable, only difference is that it produces square wave or sine wave depending on its model. I have installed stabilizer and inverter in this manner: Mains-> Voltage stabilizer -> Inverter -> Computer system. I have also used Belkin surge protectors throughout the circuit to connect all these devices so as to control power surges and reduce risk of short circuits.

As a safety precaution, always connect Positive terminal first then connect Negative terminal. While disconnecting follow reverse order.
This technique applies to all cars and bikes but in inverters this is not necessary as its chassis is connected to ground and not negative like in automobiles. Both neutral and phase are isolated from the chassis in inverters.
Hi there! I just bought Luminous iCruze 3000 with two RedCharge 25000 200ah batteries. I was told by the company confirming that the inverter is 2800VA with 2240W Bulb load with continuous running load 2100w. But I was searching the product on RUclips, I found that the actual load was lesser than mentioned around 1800W...in a video in which this inverter tripped as soon, it reached 1840w!!!
My house has a load around 1900w or above. I have not yet installed this inverter.
Can you please tell, help me, is it possible?

You are absolutely correct about this particular model. As I said in the this video, smart inverters offer far less features given the complexity they involve, so I avoid them for this very reason. Though I haven't personally tested that model so I can't tell actual load it bears using a power meter, but from the videos on RUclips and negative review on Amazon, I feel it is not a worthy inverter.
Red charge batteries have adequate warranty for their price and in my usage I feel these are the most value for money batteries. There are costlier batteries like Inverlast series, they are heavier as they have more lead and last longer no doubt, they even have longer warranty period, but I feel that their price is a bit too much for the value the offer.

You can use HEPA filters but there are no perfect fitting for pc you have to customise yourself

I'm planning to buy this inverter this weekend. My current Luminous inverter is 1050 model and it can't handle load of house + my PC on load. Idle and less load is fine. So I'm buying separate inverter for PC.
@@AshishKotnala29 Separate inverter is best for PC. However your Deepcool PSU may not provide sufficient switchover time to handle inverter switching from mains to battery power. Next time get Corsair or Cooler master PSU for your setup.

Hmm. I believe you are talking about main line voltage stabilizer. I'll post a video on this too, but since I don't presently own one, I'll talk and explain it rather than posting a review on it.
@@M-DIY sure bro, The point is, lots of people face issues with either sudden power surge (power cut resumed leading to high voltage) issues or voltage fluctuations throughout day etc which kills many appliances, relay's etc. While stabilizers are good option for a fridge or ac, it's not practical to have this on every other applicance at home right. So how can we safeguard home against such event's of uncertainty (1st would be excellent earthing ofc)

Hi, I got this inverter installed yesterday. Problem is, when my Gaming PC is under load, when the power goes off my PC shuts off both in UPS and in ECO mode.
If the PC is not under load (not gaming) it works fine when power goes off. Any suggestions? Rest of the things like 2 LED tubelights and 2 fans work fine with it.
For more info, i was using an APC Ups before this and now when this inverter is installed, i have PC components directly connected by a power strip similar in your video.

There is no UPS that can handle load of my computer, except online UPSs which are a bit expensive and not really needed when stand by inverters are available. So I use this luminous Eco volt inverter to power my home and computer as well. Just make sure you use inverters on UPS mode so that PC doesn't restart in case of power cuts.

We can use this invertor at single battery of 12 v or it needs 2 battery each 12 v .bcoz u mention 200 amphere.
Single battery of 12 volts is supported, be it 150 Ah or 200. I mentioned capacity of my battery, which is 200 Ah.

Can you please tell me that luminous eco volt 1050 is good or 1250 optimus. Requirement is low so appx load is 550 watt but in my area there is more electricity issues. So required backup is minimum 8-10 hrs. Budget is low but i want a good battery so what should i choose - luminous inverlast 150 ah or rc 200ah.
1250 optimus seems better but it also appears to be a smart inverter so without using it I cannot advise for it because I usually find smart inverters irritating due to a lot of issues. Eco Volt+ series is rock solid and doesn't have any issues.

Hi I have pc with Asus gtx 1080 card and LG led 24 inch monitor how much power will it use and if I buy this inverter with 200 ah battery will it support as I don't want my computer to he restarted during power cut.
200ah battery with this inverter is more than enough for most powerful systems. Mine is medium powered though. But main thing is the PSU you are using, in case your PSU is of cooler master and corsair, holdup time will be sufficient to keep PC on while inverter switches power during power cut.

This inverter will easily give you backup of more than 2 hours as your system will consume well below 650 watts under gaming. If you want more backup, you can go for Eco Volt+ 1550 if your budget allows as it supports double batteries.

How is the model neo 1050 with 120Ah battery for home use for basic lights backup ?
Neo 1050 is a square wave inverter which is fine for home use. For tubelights you won't notice any difference, but fans do make humming noise on square wave inverters. Generally all Luminous inverters are good as my experience with them has been good till now. I own two inverters, a pure sine wave and another square wave.

Bro mera PC toh restart nahi karta, even on eco mode PC chalta rehta hai switch over ke baad. UPS modern pe toh switch over time aur fast ho jaata hai.
Why its sounds beep when battery operated? Is it always when battery supplies connect?
This is a stupid feature, every time it switches from mains to battery mode it beeps a few times and when it switches back from battery power to main again, it beeps once.

Eco Volt Neo is the latest version of Eco volt plus series which was sold earlier and is better than zolt for obvious reasons I have mentioned in the video. Eco volt neo series is the best range of inverters from Luminous, because other series like solar inverters are still not successful.

I have the same inverter in my home, but it make beeps very often, even if we switch on or switch off a light it beaps! Is it normal? or how to mute this beap or reduce the volume of the beep? Particularly, at night times it beaps many a times! Please suggest me how to control this beap sound.
If inverter senses voltage fluctuation at the input, it will switch to battery power and will beep to indicate that, you can use Eco mode to reduce this switching. In case this problem is not solved by this then you'll need to get your house wiring checked for loose connections.

1550 is model number, 1400 is VA rating and it supports load of 1176 watts.

Yes, any battery from 80Ah to 220Ah will work well with this inverter.
Hey! I'm noticing light flickers when its on inverter (Luminous Zelio+ 1100) when using my new high spec pc, even on idle.. it is connected to home power but no other fans or devices were on ; like I'd press the windows key and the light's frequency gets affected slightly. I wanted to know if this is something I need to be concerned about. While this didn't happen on my old pc (apu r3400g build).
Last time it was the gigabyte psu causing light flickers; got help from you on that idk if you remember. Really appreciate the help, your videos give a great insights on many useful topics!
Sometimes PC's and some devices like laser printers put a load which induces flickers in output voltage of the inverter, this happens very rarely though and it should never cause any humming sound at least in any devices because these are pure sine wave inverters, unlike square wave ones. When you do some activity on computer, CPU usage increases and load along with it too so it may cause flickers or in case output was flickering earlier, it may stabilize. However this doesn't happen with me 99% of the time and yes this is totally normal. Sometimes when I use drill machine or angle grinder on mains supply that we receive, lights flickers slightly, again it is normal.

@@ZvClaw Generally stabilizer is installed before inverter because inverter output it pretty stable, but you can try and check the results. I'll post a video on this later on.

This inverter DOES NOT support solar panels, only AC mains is supported, for solar panels you'll need to buy NXG series luminous inverters which support battery charging via solar panels as well as 220V AC mains.
Luminous Eco Volt+ series is best in terms of harmonics, but in case you want solar panel functionality, go for NXG series inverters.

Well yes, this in effect works as a voltage stabilizer when voltage is beyond a range, as it will provide a steady 220-240 volts to computer and will not require any voltage stabilizer.

I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and RTX3090 build with a 27 inch 200hz monitor and a 24 inch Fhd monitor which rounds about 900W on max load while gaming. Do you this this inverter can take it because I saw a comment a lot of reviews saying that it doesn't work for PC with even a constant load of 500-600Watts.
And also what do you think about its newer version the Evo Volt Neo 1550?

Eco Volt Neo 1550 is latest version of this same Eco Volt 1550 inverter as far as I can understand, I don't see any difference between the two apart from the fact that company has now reduced the warranty to 2 years instead of 3 years offered on earlier model.

@GODLYKE01 my PC works without any restarts during powercuts and that's what I have discussed in my PC build video. It has timestamps so you won't need to watch entire video, just watch the relevant part. You'll get answer to your question in better detail.
I think neo model won't have anything better or worse, it is just rebranded by company for the sake of novelty.

Hello sir i recently bought this invertor, but the problem i am facing is that sometimes when my main power goes off, this invertor suddenly stops and it shows overload - and this happens when only my gaming pc is running on it (happens duringplaying games) and this happens only sometimes, it doesnot hapoen everyday, normally it is able to switch between mains to invertor on power cut, i called engi. And he says there is nothing wrong in the invertor, i have noticed one thing that when my battery is used for like 1 hr normally (in home use stuffs not on pc) this happens, so is it the reason that battery might be half charged and when invertor shifts the load it shows overload, please help and is there any solution. Pc specs - i have rtx 3060 installed and using 650w gigabyte bronze smps
Most probably issue is not with the inverter but your computer's PSU (which is of Gigabyte company). If battery is new and still this issue arises, then it is due to PSU putting excessive load on the inverter. Just a minute ago I replied to a viewer on V-Guard voltage stabilizer video review of mine regarding this. Your Gigabyte 650W PSU cannot exceed rated load of this inverter (unless of course you have plugged in other heavy devices) if it were operating normally, but because of some fault, it is consuming higher power or creating a disruption on the output circuit of the inverter in a way that it has to cut supply. To check actual power consumption, you'll need to buy a power meter like this: amzn.to/3tKJAhn

Nah, a voltage stabilizer will not help for this in anyway. As I said in my above comment, you'll first need to check your system's actual power consumption while gaming. These Gigabyte PSUs work fine on mains but create issues with UPS/inverters. Solution would be to replace the PSU with a Corsair or Cooler Master branded one, but still first diagnose the issue properly using above mentioned steps and then take decisions.

CV series is rock solid as I have personally tested it. I own CV 650 and CV 450 PSUs which are working good in my workstation and NAS server. Earlier I was using Cooler Master PSU.
Basically you can get Corsair and Cooler Master PSUs as I have had good experience with them in the past 12 years. If you search a bit, you'll notice that Gigabyte is notorious for issues like these (recently a channel Gamers Nexus showed this as well). I have always avoided Gigabyte for this reason because initially they had issues with using bad quality capacitors. Even now they don't design them well.

Whenever power goes off, it beeps for 5 times. Is there any way to mute it?
Not without voiding the warranty. I was tired of the buzzer in my old UPS too, so I opened it up, found the buzzer which is round in shape, black in color. In the middle of it there is a hole. Insert a fine screwdriver into that hole to press the diaphragm in the middle so that it bends a bit, that should lower the sound. Keep repeating this procedure until your are happy with the loudness of the buzzer. Keep in mind that this is a non reversible process and can't be undone, so don't press too hard at once. Some buzzer' diaphragms can be too stiff, so to bent them you'll need to tap the back of the scredriver with a small hammer lightly.

Zelio is a smart inverter which offers many bells and whistles, but most of its features are unnecessary and too complicated for proper functionality. I wouldn't recommend that model because of battery, overheating and various other issues I have talked about in the video.

Today i got this installed. Plug of the inverter was bigger than the socket. So used 15 amp adapter i guess. The connection is only for lights, fan, and tv. Not for heavy load items. Is it fine to use the adapter?
I hate those adapters! I know they are very convenient but still I would recommend you to install a proper external box with 16A socket and switch, that's is much safer and will never generate any sparking or heating of prongs of the plugs. Adapters' contacts get loose with time and cause issues.
