I enjoyed the tours of the different shops in your area. I saw a set of salt and pepper shakers that is a short tree with two little bears on the tree. My grandma had the exact same one. Her house burned to the ground, but in the ashes a man found the little bears. I still have them.
So many things I would love to have! Your booths look so good, you are just so good at doing this, I think you were born for it. Thank you for taking us along. I love doing this kind of thing, my better half doesn't like it. That is why I love watching you create. God Bless, Hugs, Rebekah Chris.
You have me searching for swans whenever I go out. I have found (& purchased) a small planter and a blow mold… the hunt continues 😊 thank you for sharing your shopping experience with me.
Thank you for taking us along and promoting your corner of the universe! I was in Allen about 15 years ago, and it was well worth the drive. After watching this video, I think I'll plan a trip!
Oh my goodness did I have some fun. Thank you so much Yvonne for taking me along. It’s been so long since I’ve been to any antique malls or store. I saw some wonderful items n oh, how I loved seeing so many primitive things. Be still my heart. My only regret I couldn’t take anything home with me 😅. You found some cool stuff. I could see you found more butter pats n those Swans are going to look beautiful when you put your magic touch to them. So many awesome things to wish for. ♥️♥️♥️😊👍👍👍👍🌟
Oh I’d loved to come up there. I love the antique kitchen things. Like the little teabag holders, just all 40’s n 50’s glass or ceramic cuties. You have such amazing stores up there. Thank you for sharing them. 😊❤
I AM SOOOO IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY YOU SHOP WITH US ALONG! YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE BEST COMMENTARY AND TEACH US SO MUCH AND HIGHLIGHT THE CUTEST ITEMS...WOW!!!!!!
I tried the piglets closet milk paint…but was disappointed. You make it look so easy..I followed directions to the letters but was not impressed. Paint had lumps even though I stirred it left alone till it thickened.
Hi Yvonne, it's so funny I look at the other booths that you show and I don't feel they are quite me. Then I go and see you and your husband'sbooths and it's everything I love.❤
Amazing! I wish we had more places like that where I live...but then again I would spend too much money!! I will just live vicariously through your shopping adventures!!
Yvonne- that adorable Santa Claus cake plate and lid is a retired Dept. 56 item. They are going for big bucks so I will definitely keep my eye out when thrifting. It was sooooo cute!!! 💕
One staple for me to sell is 12” - 18” shelves. Surprisingly, it doesn’t seem to matter if they are vintage or hobby lobby’s clearance - they sell! My antique furniture is my big items and I have sold everyone of them - usually takes about three month. This is not my livelihood but hobby. I love it!
I was at Hog Creek today and made the rounds to the other antique malls. I love to take an afternoon and just browse and see what goodie’s I can find. I bought some pieces from your craft booth and your antique booth. I asked at the desk about the green potato ricer and the number 6 cash register number. I can pick it up next time if it’s there. lol I was looking for a few butter pats but I see you beat me to them 😀
You might pass on the cracks but I love them. They tell a story. I have one in excellent condition. It's 3 feet tall and huge. I have a piece of beveled glass and use it as a table.
Taging along w you was so much fun! Tfs. I too would shop all those stores weekly. Yvonne, I hope you're not overdoing - you looked a little flushed @50.07 😟. Luved your haul. Blessings from Chris in Springfield 🙏💙
My booth is probably 50/50 but my makeover items sell the best (chairs, tables, painted frames with vintage prints and vintage glass) that is just my area. It is funny how one month one thing does good and the next it doesn't 😂 so, I just do what I like and have fun with it. Love the videos!
I'm a crafter on Etsy but I sell lots of stuff from our 150 year old barn if I'm not using it for decor. Antique tools when I have time to research them. It helps fill my shop with inventory cuz I just can't work fast enough on the craft stuff sometimes to keep up with demand.
Thank you so mu😮ch for sharing this. One of my brothers lives up in Pinckney, Michigan and I'm excited to check these places out on our way up there in September. We are planning to all venture to the Midland event. That'll be my first time going to it. We all went to the Allegan event in May and it was awesome. These places you shared look like great places for me to source items for my actual shoppe, for my Whatnot Live Sales, and for me of course. 😉 I saw so many things I would have grabbed. Like you, if I had a great deal of excess money I would drive up there and buy that gorgeous wood horse today. 😁 Loved your booths and can't wait to shop them as well.
I make the windows with the plates also. I use e-6000 glue. They do sell pretty well 😊I do not have a booth, have to drive 2 hours one way to get to an antique store that has vendor space. Our little small town here in Kansas just doesn’t have them close to home. This video was so great! Love shopping with you!! Hope you get to 100 thousand soon! I have a feeling you will! I tell everyone to subscribe, hoping some have! Prayers to you and your family!
I love the bird house you purchased that looked like a banjo. Also the gray long box with the numbers on it. I have my Dad's work box like that but his has a long handle that runs all the way across. I want to do something with it but I do not know what to do. You are so creative please give me advice on what to make out of it. Always enjoy your shopping and make overs.
Vintage crewel framed pieces in my area (coastal VA) sell for $35 (small) and up to over $80 (large pieces). That 1970's crewel owl for $10!?!! Yes, please!
I keep some craft items in my booth, maybe 30%. But if I don't sell small tables or furniture it is hard to make my rent. Lately I have doing okay with painting over antique items and using IOD's .
I’ll tell you as a shopper, I like a mix of things,( vintage and crafty things that were done well) . Not that Tikki tacky, cheesy looking stuff…. and we all know what that is.
yvonne I need a swan head with neck the size of the one in this video. I have a really cool one wih missing nack and head . If you find a wooden one with no body hit me up.
Come on let's share this channel and get them to 100,000 on here. They're getting close
I share all the time ❤. Since I discovered her years ago!! She's my queen 👑

Omg that blue sled ❤
I loved watching this video. Two years ago I got to visit Hog Creek. Wish I could have gone to all the others close by.
I love the metal Hippo. I would use it for an umbrella stand.
You have me searching for swans whenever I go out. I have found (& purchased) a small planter and a blow mold… the hunt continues 😊 thank you for sharing your shopping experience with me.

Yvonne,
That brass filigree piece goes on a metal floor lamp with the metal tole painted shade. Usually in black with gold but can be other colors
Thank you..
You are such a delight to witness your shopping trips! Your genuine love of antiques and vintage is infectious. Glad you are feeling better!

Chris’s booth is very good too!
I would live to be able to shop a bother like yours. We don’t have booths like yours in West Texas. Love your channels/videos.
I love to shop with you. As of now I am in a wheelchair. Not all shops are handicapped accessible. You seem to be feeling better.
It's nice to tour with you! I enjoy seeing what others so. As a biothbowner It's good to get ideas!
Still watching all the goodness. You so make me want to go shopping 😂
Oh I loved getting to watch you shop❤
The sleigh would be perfect for your Santa collection.

Thought you would buy that rake at the end! Great video.. makes me want to go shopping at those stores!
I saw several items that I have been looking for.
The round brass piece I would wear it as a crown. Lol😊
Beautiful stuff

I don’t remember anything about the #6 tag? But the masher is there. They just couldn’t find it. I guess someone moved it??

Thanks for taking us along…I’m disabled so don’t thrift anymore….roaming the isles with you was fun! Love your booths❣️
I think that green spray paint is from the rusteloum chalked range 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Loved looking at everything in the shops! Are you planning on selling the red baby ben clock or is that a keeper?
It’s on eBay
I don’t know how you buzz through in a few minutes. I tried to do that several times this weekend, very unsuccessfully! 😂😂😂 love your channels!

The most popular antique mall in my atea requires 85% vintage. I have sern crafts, mostly Dollar Tree, there, but haven seen them sell.
I am interested in the Cracker Jack tin. Are you selling it on Ebay??
I will be soon
❤❤👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
OHMYGOSH! Although not same glasses are those the clothes come off glasses behind the lotus bowl and plate????
Do you ever use your butter pats for big family dinners, I remember when they used them in nice restaurants...but then I am old, lol

I adore that rabbit in your booth, where are you located?
Yes, the Pyrex pc you picked up are not a match, They are from 2 different patterns. I have about 100 pcs. in my Pyrex collection.
I just knew you wouldn't pass up that green coffee can.
I did pretty god guessing what you bought, but thought maybe you might get Chris the Budweiser Plaques, but probably cost too much...
I’ll tell you as a shopper, I like a mix of things,( vintage and crafty things that were done well) . Not that Tikki tacky, cheesy looking stuff…. and we all know what that is.
🤗🇨🇦👍
Please tell me you don't avoid the 2nd floor of the Allen Antique Barn.
Will you do any halloween stuff for your booth
