I can't wait for you useless RUclipsrs to be proved wrong. It is so easily evident, that rhodey changed post endgame. Because it was only after endgame that Gravik became estranged and decided to turn on fury. Taking rhodey before that wouldn't make sense at all. Plus, hard to imagine Tony never picking up his best friend has been changed.

It's obvious that he's only been a skrull since post end game. It was made clear that graviks plan was set AFTER endgame. They had no reason to infiltrate before then.

That's pretty stupid. The skulls helped fury during endgame. We know gravik helped fury during endgame In 2023 when he collected the harvest for him. If gravik already hated fury and started infiltrating places than he would have just kept a copy of the harvest for himself

I think you are saying right. Marvel's plain was to show rhody the skrull from civil war but the main point is after the Backlash they have got they can actually change the story a little bit and show rhody is skrull after endgame ( if they want they surely can do this)
The main fact it kind of ruin the legacy of character especially the death of tony which is sad but still it will give a nice plot for upcoming movie where it shows that rhody was a skrull all along.

I’m wondering if a skrull such as Talos (or maybe Talos’s wife) took over for Rhodey between Civil War and through Endgame. Then for some reason that Rhodey was replaced with Rava. This could mean that people like Tony Stark and Nick Fury could have known that Rhodey was a skrull since Civil War (maybe they intentionally put the real Rhodey into that stasis machine so they could keep him alive). This could also account for most of Rhodey’s character growth in endgame and specifically his moment with Tony at the end. Thoughts?

But he had to crawl to his armor in endgame plus he has to have his leg braces to walk. Gravick was still team fury after the endgame battle he hadnt rebelled yet cause he helped gather the harvest

The fact they haven’t confirmed when probably means they haven’t a clue and are waiting for fan consensus to tell them when he should be taken. Personally I think he should be after Endgame, as otherwise the real War Machine has done nothing. But others may want him gone longer to make the Skrullnapping feel more impactful. Either way. If Marvel cared they would have seeded this and made it impactful from the start.

@@SullivanDLuffy when thanos ship blew up the building we could see an hurt war Rhodey have to crawl to his new suit once he got that suit on it would do all movement for him next time we see him out the suit is at Tony’s funeral (very safe to say a few days later if not a few weeks as much bigger things were going on) it is completely possible for Rhodey to get a check up on his pre existing leg injury after the building dropped on him or for him to have had his legs injured again by the building falling and whilst he’s in the hospital he gets swapped.
Like hell most the avengers probably went to some level of hospital after endgame as they were all beaten half to death in that fight and because of the nature of the injury’s it probably is a top priority and something done right after the final battle and before Tony’s funeral

it's not clear at all. rhodey's legs got fucked up. he will have to go back for multiple appointments. he most likely goes to the same hospital to do so. therefore, he could have been wearing that hospital gown at any time he went in for a checkup.
also, the skrulls plan was to steal the blood samples from the battle in endgame with thanos. how would they have made a plan to steal something.... that didn't exist yet????? it makes no sense.
besides, the deleted scene from fatws proves it was after endgame, but before fatws. this theory falls apart when you take more than two seconds to think about it.

Bruh, Skrulls started kidnapping people when Fury was snapped back and returned to SABER and never came back down which pissed the Skrulls off which was after ENDGAME.
This is why I didn’t like the comic secret invasion. It retroactively undid a lot of important stuff by saying “No, that wasn’t really them. Civil war? They weren’t all really fighting each other.” for (in my opinion) little payoff.
There’s little guesswork in the culmination of the series to who’s a skrull, and by the end Mr fantastic goes “Well, now I’ve made them all look like skulls anyway. Time for massive splash pages of war.”
This show had a lot of potential, I liked the first few episodes, and then despite being a completely seperate story the show suffered the same fate as the comic.
Yo the year in the main MCU timeline it's like 2027 because the 5 year blip and the endgame happened in 2019 and it's 2023 so it's 2027 so maybe civil war is when he got switched cus it's been over a decade
Rhodes Cried at Tony's funeral likely because he actually became friends with Tony. He wasn't snapped so he has been around Tony for quote a long time. Not to mention the other Avengers. Going through that much with those people, you're going to build friendships even if it was built off of a lie. Remember Avatar? People change. Once the Avengers split after Endgame he was back to his original mission, since he wasn't be pulled in any sort of direction from the avengers.
How about the fact that this story force you to actually believe Rhodey was a skrull alll this time for only to make the endgame and the previous story connect with secret invasion
Been in hospital before for over a month and coming out it felt like my legs were just barely attached due to the leg not being used so Rhodes not walking doesn't mean a thing 1 due to the length of time since end game till now in the mcu is between 2 to 5 years so he would be weakened unable to walk and secondly we don't see any support machine that he needs to walk for those leg braces where making him walk then the armour there might of been nao tech for support but all tech has a life span
It could’ve been after or before the surgery, because after people start recovering, they need to relearn how to walk
