- This is my male Crested River Dragon. Wild caught adult I bought a couple years ago. I have not tried to handle him like I have my other reptiles. Over time he has decided to trust me and will jump out on me every once in awhile. He never tries to run away, just likes to sit on me haha. The female does the same thing. He is the most beautiful lizard I've ever had.
Thats amazing! I'll be following you to learn more about these.
I needed this channel in my life.
He is very beautiful !!
wonderful animal
Fab video I hope to get 2 or maybe 3 on Tuesday … how do I tell the female fro male?
Females are either green or peach/brown. Males are the colorful ones with red around the eyes.
That's awesome
WoW he is beautiful
amazing ..beautiful ...funny you said his girlfriend lol,
We love these, We have one named 'That Guy' he's hilarious, he's on our video's.
Nice! They can be funny sometimes. Mine will randomly jump out on me when I'm not expecting it 🤣
looks like hes from avatar
Can you do a care video on him? Is it similar to Australian water dragons or Chinese water dragon s?
Ok I'll do that for you. The care is more similar to chameleons and anoles. They need more humidity though and like having a water feature. They are also more delicate.
How similar to the mountain horned dragon? his lifespan is also 8 years or does he go more?
Is there any cb or all of them a wc?
This species is hard to establish and breed in captivity. It's rare to find any that are CB. I've bred and hatched out a couple babies but it's difficult. Most of the eggs die before hatching. I'm still learning how to hatch them. There isn't much information on the species so I have to learn the hard way. I don't know the lifespan either but I guess I will find out. They are agamids, just like the mountain horned dragon.
@@TheReptileWhisperer yeah it's sad that they both are hard to breed & hatch, both have very poor informations and both are really amazing
I hope we can find a good infos in the future
Anyway thank you for the time, and good luck with your little handsome dude!
Pls update on your tree monitors
are gonna start a breeding project
Yes. I have bred them.
Pls breed them
