We love Disney and been there quite a few times in our younger days, but now we live through people like you and Kristen and others. And it’s very important to us. As a lifelong French-speaking Louisianan I agree that sweet potato fries are different but sweet potatoes are definitely a tradition. The fries might be a nod to that but in a more marketable form.
In LA we have a huge variety of foods. From jambalaya to pastalaya , Étouffée, gumbo, grits that are sweet or savory…. We have some good eating’ - for sure. I have lived in many parishes in LA and they all have foods they are known for. ❤️💜💛💜💛💜💛

Since you asked, these dishes are not NOLA dishes but not knocking them bc I have not tasted them, (NOLA native). NOLA beignets do have open pockets and can be crispy on the ends. Never had I have gumbo with sweet potatoe fries; rice yes, even potatoe salad. Hot honey chicken is not a NOLA staple but I know it is gaining popularity in the country. Glad you enjoyed them and thanks for the review.

Nate, you’re the best!! To put that TOMORROWLAND sign on your fridge, all you have to do is get the 2 bolts that fit those screws, glue magnets to the back of the screws, then just screw the bolts on. I’m not sure how heavy the sign is, but they do sell heavy duty magnets for any type of application.
