I talk you through my workout, how I go about bicep training and give some tips. I apologize for the audio, I guess my mic was not plugged in all the way but it gets better after a few minutes. Stay on the look out for more videos!

Enjoy watching your training videos. I started training my freshman year in college in 1972 when I was 17....just turned 69 this month and am still lifting in my basement 4-5 days a week. I can't train as long or as heavy as I once did but I still get down and lift for at least an hour a day. I enjoy watching your videos and trying to learn something new after all these years or maybe be reminded of something I learned long ago but had forgotten about. Keep up the good work and putting out the training videos.....

I'm 54 now and for a bunch of reasons I stopped working out. I just started watching your videos.
I'm super weak right now. Of course, I found a pretty difficult, but body weight only, core routine. Outcome: badly sprained my right forearm. I ordered and have gotten part of the equipment I've ordered. I think I've figured out a way keep going with my right arm. I put on a wrist brace and strapped an ankle cuff on my arm. with my hand straight up and down, I can lift hanging weight off the metal buckle and no problem so far. Very happy not to have to stop.
I really like the forearm machine you have. I will build one with threaded metal pipes. There is also a threaded fitting with the other end made to strap the pipe down. I'll buy a thick piece of plywood for a base. I don't like those squeeze grip thingies at all. Thanks.

I really enjoy these videos. Also came at the right time for me. Cut tips of my fingers off in an accident and have been a bit depressed about gym stuff. Yesterday was my first day back in the gym. Can't use my right hand yet, but I got in there and hit work done on the left side and legs. Your talk about going through your bicep tear with us ups and downs really helped me, and inspired me to get after it. Thank you. Again, love the format of these videos. Feel a lot more genuine

Don't get me wrong I love the hard training videos, the fun videos with Jujimufu but this has been a great watch and having badly stretched tendons in my hand and watching you train inspired me to keep going nice and easy and this was also mentally pleasing to me, keep these videos coming bud.

The inspiration you give is much needed as I am trying to push a bit harder and catch up after having a nasty virus for a few weeks. Your video leaves one important question. How were you going to cook the four to five eggs, and do you use HP Sauce with them? If not, then you must investigate HP sauce because it could be the vital missing ingredient. :)

Im confused, how do you not curl more with arms like that? My arms are half as big as yours but I still do 60 lbs easy for 5x10. Just curious no disrespect

I think the biceps and elbow flexors a whole, really benefit from a long term investment in them. Genetic outliers aside, you're probably not gonna have strong or massive biceps if you haven't consistently put time into them. Like the forearms of course or calves
