The friendship story between Ryan Reynolds and Stray Kids has been going on for about 3 years. Stray Kids participated in the show "Kingdom" in 2021, where they performed "gods ddu-du-du" (a cover of Blackpink's "Ddu-du-ddu-du"), but the performance was in the style of the movie "Deadpool". 📽️The performance can be found on RUclips. After this performance, Ryan Reynolds contacted the group's leader Bang Chan and they began to keep in touch (information about this can be found on the Internet and on RUclips). Stray Kids wrote the song "Slash" for the latest movie "Deadpool and Wolverine". And Ryan Reynolds starred in their music video.🎼🎙️🎚️ I also recommend watching their performance from the show "Kingdom" with the song "I'll be your man" (a cover of the group BTOB) in this performance their voices are revealed to the maximum. 🥰 I also recommend watching their very first music video and the song "Hellevator". There is also a show "Stray Kids" about how they prepared for their debut. Good luck😊
Thank you so much for the information. I never knew they were so close with Ryan Reynolds WOW. Yes I have Hellevator and will do a reaction on that soon. Thank you for Slash , Kingdom and I'll be your man. I'm definitely going to check that out. Have an amazing day 🤗
It's a bit cliché that my first Stray Kids song was chk chk boom, haha it always came up on tik tok and I had to know who that boy who danced so well was (Hyunjin) I heard the song, liked it, and decided to listen to more and more. Fun fact? I'd never heard of kpop before them 😍
I only found Kpop at the start of this year but I found BTS and I was going through a 4 year struggle when I found them. They helped me a lot. If you asked me at the start of 2024, I never thought I would start a YT channel to discover more but every day I'm so excited to see and listen to more, Kpop has become my daily dose of happy medicine
@@GingerT4U2 For me, Stray Kids has become my safe place, I didn't know I needed them until I found them.... it's amazing how these idols reach our hearts and make us feel less alone in this world and somehow understood.
For LALALALA - 8 kids, 8 members...the monsters and sets are the things that run through thir heads before performing on stage that could be scary to a child, equating with stage fright. In 2021, Ryan Reynolds found Stray Kids through a performance they did on Kingdom: Legendary War called God's Ddu Du Ddu Du (you can catch it here on YT on Mnet's channel)...the assignment was to tke another Kpop group's number and make it your own. They chose Blackpink's Ddu Du Ddu Du and mixed it with God's Menu.
The guy in the red glasses won't be in any Kingdom performances except the very first one, bc Mnet banned him from appearing bc a disgruntled Kpop "fan" filed unfounded bullying charges on him. Several of the groups competing in Kingdom were down a member for various reasons.
In Kingdom, they (at one point) separated out into 2 groups. Ateez, Stray Kids, and BTOB formed the Mayfly team. Be sure to look up all the Mayfly performances, they're great--Playing With Paint (rapline), Wolf (dance line), and Love Poem (vocal line).
I don't believe you'll be able to react to the Kingdom performances bc Mnet likes to copyright strike. I've seen ppl slip through, but most get taken down. They're good to catch up on, though.
I love how you react to Felix's voice every time and every time Hyunjin comes on camera (guy with red glasses) you always say "oh wow" when he is on screen. Love it.
The one with the red glasses is Hyunjin, in fact every time you saw him in the music videos you watched so far you always said “wow”. Looking forward to watch your guide.
LALALALA It is the story of the battle of emotions within the young boys as they face their stage fright and they prepare to perform in front of their audience. These emotions are represented by not only the Chinese characters for Anger, Sorrow, Joy and Pleasure but also by the different sets. You were correct, the clowns in purple are representative of the Batman movie, The Dark Knight. Then we have Pirates of the Caribbean and Mad Max. Once an emotion is overcome the Character disappears as does the set. Eg when they overcame their Anger, the character dissolved and the bank robbery set blew up in an explosion. When Sorrow disappeared, the Character vanished and the huge foot squashed it all. So on until PLEASURE is the only emotion left. The Stage Fright is gone and the young boys get to take pleasure in performing for their audience. The moral of the story, whatever you do, don't let Anger, Sorrow or other negative emotions stop you from finding the pleasure in life. A wise man once said (Bang Chans father) whatever you choose to do in life, just enjoy.
You did not mention Cover Me from your list. It’s a beautiful song and I recommend reading the subtitles because the lyrics are very meaningful. There is no MV for it, so if you want a song with an MV, then I recommend Secret Secret. Also, Social Path (Japanese song) is a good song to demonstrate how talented Stray Kids are in any music genre.
Great reaction. I am a newer Stay as well. I think you will enjoy checking out a few of their lighter songs as well like Case 143 and The View. Also songs to get to hear them all sing like Cover Me and Secret Secret. Cover Me doesn't have a MV but does have a color coded video with the lyrics and all eight members sing. It's a beautiful song.
