You are right. Way's power is indeed mind control. But, I don't think that someone can create love in someone else just through mind control. We have seen how Way touched Babe and Babe seemed like in a trance. But, if Way tried to use his full power on Babe, he would become like a puppet. And, Way didn't want that. He wanted Babe to fall in love with him on his own.
Jeff's power is that when he touches someone he can see what happens in the future but when he sees visions without touching anyone it is because they were his own, that is, his own future in which he is involved. and the thing about Way, Way's power is manipulation and only when he is touching the person he can manipulate him, if you pay attention from the first episodes and the entire series, every time he touched Babe, he told him things to manipulate him, such as it is better that he stay alone, you realize this by seeing how Babe stays paralyzed/blank for seconds and then returns to normal,(A part of an episode where Babe fights with Charlie and ends up crying in Way's arms after hugging him and touching him Way tells Babe to stop crying and Babe literally stops crying that was a moment that is clear manipulation). He can't make Babe fall in love cause it's only while he's touching the manipulation so I don't think it will work if Babe doesn't really love him the only thing he could do is fill his head all the time with that he is good being alone with no one. So maybe Babe could fall in love with Way cause he is the only one by his side. So enigma is not a power but a gender like Alpha an omega Your gender doesn't determinate if you have a power or not Jeff is an omega but he has power charlie and babe are alphas and they do have powers The only reason tony wants way is because he's an enigma with powers who can impregnate babe since the only gender who can impregnate an alpha is an enigma. But way failed to do the only thing tony wanted him to do
