There is also further evidence that the answer is darnoc because there are many screenshots of darnoc being both the top of the creator and star leaderboard simultaneously from 2013/14

If I were to ever be good enough to beat this level, I don't care how iconic it is, I'd refuse to do it. This level literally seems like the biggest and most frustrating piece of garbage ever and I'd rather not put myself through it.
