23:10 I remember this promo for Monster House, it's the first time I watched the movie on Cartoon Network and I love it ever since. Also I realized that DJ and Chowder are played by the same actors who voice Jeremy and Zak from Phineas and Ferb and the Secret Saturdays respectively.
Har har tharsdays is easily my favorite part of the noods era (or the toy commercial, live action, teletoon era) Not only were there brand new episodes of the more memorable Canadian cartoons at the time such as Johnny test and total drama island but you also get new episodes of chowder and flapjack (two cn classics) Only problem why isn’t the mr. Men show a part of this block? I’m sure that could give the mr. Men show more recognition and more promotion
It's funny that looking back on Har Har Tharsdays, Total Drama took all of the attention away from the toher shows...because there was a loooong period the other three shows weren't airing new episodes. Heck, Johnny Test wouldn't get uniquely new episodes for CN until November of 2009.

Hard to believe this was that year after the Kids WB block defuct and showed the rest of the series (and new episodes) on there as the main show.
