Damn, I got my hopes up on the commander title, just got my last gens specs done to unlock vic tower 5 for it, was hoping the range would be an incity buff too. Of course evony split the first 2 titles half/half. Thats a bummer itll cost twice as much to get them now, commanders promotions are essential, but the incity rng atk, incity RNG/S hp in the first title are huge too. Thanks for posting, been trying to find info on the 2nd titles buff for a while but the wiki still hasnt been updated, this was very helpful although a bit of a let down
