This was great! Thank you Josh for speaking up for those that may have social anxiety in situations. I’m a quiet person by nature and I feel misunderstood a lot especially in social situations. I worry that people will think I’m mean if I don’t try to act more bubbly but in the end that ends up so draining and isn’t my authentic self. Not everyone is super outgoing and I hope we can normalize that! :)

You just have to be comfortable with participating in conversations and life by practicing and know that the people who misunderstand you are not your people! 💛 and by no means am I an extrovert now, but I’ve learned to be less anxious & more confident in my quietness !
