Translation.. في كلّ ألطاف الحياة أراه in every subtlety in life I can see Him يفنى المداد ولا يُحاط مداه ink will go extinct before His dominion can be encompassed الله.. وامتلأت دنى بسناه Allah.. and worlds get let by His light الله.. والتمس الوجود هداه Allah.. and existence seeks His guidance الله.. وارتجفت يداي لقصده Allah.. and my hands shake trying to address Him بقصيدة أرجوه، إذ أخشاه in a poem I'm beseeching Him, as I fear Him والخوف لو حصر الفؤاد بغصّة and if fear choke my heart -preventing its expression في مدحه ألقاه إذ ألقاه it gets rid of it by praising Him, that is how to get rid ربّاه حقّق للقصيد هواه O my Lord, fulfil my poem's wish وأنر فؤادا طالما أعياه and lighten up a heart that has long been weary ٍالله.. وانتشر الضياء بعالم Allah.. and illumination expanded through a world أهناك غير الله مدّ ضياه؟ can there be anyone else but Allah to expand light? والليل كالتّابوت في ظلماته night would be like a coffin -in its darkness.. لولاه، سرمده فمن أغشاه؟ ..if it weren't for Him, this eternal darkness who shrouded it? والطفل في سحر البراءة ضاحكا a child laughing in a magical innocence.. فتن الوجود، ولا تُشقّ عصاه ..can bewitch the world, yet none disrupts His order فالكلّ عاش بفضله وبجوده as everything lives with His grace and by His blessing كلّ الأنام بما تجود يداه all creation are bound to the generosity of His hands وهو القويّ فلا يُنازع ذرّة He is the most strong, none can take an atom out of His control وله العلوّ فلا يرام علاه and He is the most high, none can dream of reaching his highness فالريح والطوفان من أجناده winds and floods are amongst His soldiers !والخسف والبركان، وارحماه as are landslides and volcanoes.. O merciful one! (spare us) إنّي لأرحم من يحارب ربّه O how I pity the one fighting His Lord وأظنّه في خيبة مسعاه as I know he is on path of failure and disappointment يا للملوك إذا أتوه بقيدهم I imagine kings being brought to Him in shackles ذلّوا لهيبته، فما أقواه how humiliated they'll be facing His awe, How strong He is! لذ بالفرار إذا بليت بمحنة so run to safety whenever you face a calamity لله لا لسواه، يا الله towards Allah not any other.. (say) O Allah الله..للأزمات والدنيا دجي Allah.. against calamities when life is pitch black فينيرها رغم الظلام إله it will be let up despite the darkness by its Master أتطيع في الضرّاء ثم تخون في how can you obey (Him) in hardship then betray .. !السرّاء؟ يالك كيف لا تخشاه in ease? woe to you, how can you not fear Him?! إنّّا لنخجل والحياة مطيّة we are ashamed of ourselves as this life is a mere trip !أوّاه يا لنفوسنا أوّاه woe to our (deluded) selves and another woe! أنفاسنا وطعامنا وشرابنا our breaths and food and drink.. وشفاؤنا بيديه فهو الله ..and health are in His hands, as He is Allah وصلاتنا وصيامنا وقيامنا and our prayers and fast and devotion.. ودعاؤنا لله لا لسواه ..and supplications are to Allah, not any other ورجاؤنا وحياتنا ومماتنا and our hopes and lives and deaths.. لله أعظم ما نودّ رضاه ..are for Allah, He is the greatest one we seek to please

*✦ زوالحجہ کا چاند دیکھنے کے بعد تکبیرات کثرت سے خود بھی پڑھئے اور سب کے ساتھ شیر بھی کیجئے* سیدنا ابن عمر اور ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہما ان دس دنوں میں بازار کی طرف نکل جاتے اور لوگ ان بزرگوں کی تکبیر ( تکبیرات ) سن کر تکبیر کہتے *اور محمد بن باقر رحمہ اللہ نفل نمازوں کے بعد بھی تکبیر کہتے تھے* (صحیح بخاری قبل الحدیث ٩٦٩) *اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ لَا اِلَہَ اِلَّا للّٰہُ وَاللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ وَلِلّٰہِ الْحَمْد* *اَللّٰہُ اَکْبَرُ کَبِیراً وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ کَثِیْراً وَّ سُبْحَانَ اللّٰہِ بُکْرَۃً وَّاَصِیْلاً*
Translation..
في كلّ ألطاف الحياة أراه
in every subtlety in life I can see Him
يفنى المداد ولا يُحاط مداه
ink will go extinct before His dominion can be encompassed
الله.. وامتلأت دنى بسناه

بقصيدة أرجوه، إذ أخشاه

لذ بالفرار إذا بليت بمحنة

الله..للأزمات والدنيا دجي

*✦ زوالحجہ کا چاند دیکھنے کے بعد تکبیرات کثرت سے خود بھی پڑھئے اور سب کے ساتھ شیر بھی کیجئے*
