I have confidence he will come back as a solo artist when he feels ready to re-enter working society, if he still wants to perform. If he makes music this nice, he can do it again.
@@DJ-tx3ux the kpop group 2PM has 2 members with DUIs and they’re still in 2PM and promote successfully so it’s possible to come back from a DUI. He’s just going to have a tougher road since he’d be a rookie/newbie. I don’t think he’ll be a kpop artist though, but probably market himself as a hip hop/R&B artist, which is what he wanted to be originally anyway before he was convinced to go the kpop route.
I think youngmin will come back soon, whether he comes back as an idol, rapper or producer. I think if he wanted to be a normal person, he would have left BNM after the scandal and hadn't enlisted yet (because he wasnt old enough to enlist). But he chose to go to military to ease public pressure (most idols did this and they can still return to kpop later). Keep on believing, let's wait for youngmin

I hope so. Remember Super Junior Kangin, he got in a DUI in 2009, he then stopped activities, went into military for 2 years and came back in 2012.
