Thank Youuuuuuu..... U saved me... 1_But at the beginning the keyboard didn't switch to Chinese I had to reboot.
2_ After opening chrome I did other steps to finalize mine. Like switched the keyboard back to English,
3_ go to vnrom bypass , opening settings put the phone in English,.
4_ Disable Google play services
5_ go back to vnrom and downloaded VNRom FRP.
6_Go back to settings setup my account.
7_Enable Google play services back.
Uninstall vnrom FRP and Tada. Reboot or hit back multiple Times.
But I am all grateful to you....
I forgot to mentioned it. I am on Android 10..

4:12 I don't have the same options or the android assist.
I thoroughly went through and no videos in the others but I managed to get to the support forums and found a few videos but nothing would load so I couldn't select the watch later option.

I did find that if you share the forum with another phone via text then you can text back a link like google.com but it only brings a rudimentary browser with no plugins and I can't find anything online but a that browser that might link to the default chrome app/settings app.
I do remember there being a google support page that linked android settings for any device but can't find it either, probably removed.
Motorola g7 with T-Mobile and texting but no data connection btw, other device not capable of hotspot and router not accessible enough to be turned on and off to directly bypass login prompt.
Any ideas?

I'm going to try again later and see if I can get the videos to load however it looks more like they were blocked by the setup rather than connection issues.
I lent the phone to a friend and they tried to steal it so when I eventually got it back it had their email and they don't want to help so I can't recover any kind of login.

hey i followed all the steps and got my account on it but when i set it up it says " not signed in. To use this phone, you first have to sign in to an owners google account in use of this phone when it was last reset. Because you havent done so, you have to set up the phone again."

Please restart or remove the battery and turn on the phone again, if it still frozen so hard reset or factory reset the device and follow the steps again, make sure ur phone has no liquid damage etc.
