    It’s amazing that he didn’t directly reference Huck Finn as he was writing! Love that little nugget of info.

    It is a tremendous book. I was disconcerted by the humour.

      There was a particular part, trying not to give spoilers, where I read it three times to get the perspective. For me the humour really made me consider the situation and then it would delve into a more sinister scene.
