It's very possible to hide your pregnancy, my older brother and his baby mama hid their pregnancy the whole term back when they were teens. No one knew or even suspected, because she wore baggy clothes all the time even before she got pregnant; It wasn't until the baby was born that they told everyone. So can you imagine my poor mother, who was nine months pregnant with me btw, getting a phone call from her son saying she just became a grandmother? And then I was born a couple weeks later lol my parents got a granddaughter and a son within a two-week span lol
