I cannot believe that they didn’t reach out to you before printing a design with "gang sheet" on top of it. I understand not proofreading for the customer, but this is a mess up that should've had an exception to the rule. I hope they'll reconsider and make it right for you at their expense. Be Blessed!
What’s the difference between ordering them individually or doing a gang sheet? Hence why I’m here lol if you do a gang sheet you can’t have them change the text from black to white for example, correct?
You can put whatever you want on the gang sheet. It can be multiple images, doesn’t just have to be just one. The only downside in my opinion is you have to cut each image out. It’s not a big deal at all but sometimes I like individual if I’m doing a really large order. Gang sheets can save you money because individual images cost a little more.

Nobody. In my opinion, that is not your fault. Two shirts and two prints waisted and of no use. I'm sorry for your experience. ❤😊
Right?! I was SHOCKED that it was on there for real! I know I didn’t add that so I’m very confused. I’m sure I clicked “approve this design” but I didn’t think for second that would be printed if I did approve it. The transfers were nice but yeah I had two wasted for sure😕

I've ordered gang sheets from another company a few times and loved them. I questioned why I waited so long to try DTF transfers. They are great!

What format was your design when you uploaded it
All of them were PNG files. I uploaded each file separately onto the gang sheet builder on their website
