@@joegella go to the church of Marika in Eastern Limgrave and behind it you'll find a teleported that will take you to the Death Beast guy's place grab that grace in there because you want to come back to feed him death root. Then go out and ride past the most scary looking Raven's mascot you've ever seen but DO NOT attack it because as long as you don't start none there won't be none. Go down the road a bit and there's a bridge with a dragon and a grave right before the bridge. Grab that grace and head up the path that's now to your right as your facing back towards Beasty Boy's place go up over the hill and find you path down to another bridge. However don't do this at night unless you want to fight a Nights Cavilry. On the other side of the bridge you'll find a tower and a grace. Down the hill from there a very short way you'll see a rock platform to your left along the cliff face and as you ride towards the end of it a bolder will appear to smash you. Avoid getting hit it'll roll off the cliff giving you 1950 runes every time once in a great while you'll get 9000 but that's more rare. It's honestly one of the easiest ways to level up early in the game.

The times rolled to my death while trying to show Margit who's the boss in town is more than one which tells you who is the real boss the arena after that I'm still sweating my controller when I see big cliffs or ledges.
@@joegella Absolutely I don't go to critical when he's near edge play safe is better than restart one more time. And don't forget enemies will absolutely push you over cliffs whenever it's possible. You can test it go near a ledge see how much they became more aggressive to push you off. So naa if it's near edge let them come to me I can wait all day the hell if I care.
I'm having trouble with The Full Moon Queen (R-Something) so I picked up the Azur's Glintstone Staff and Radagon's Icon (both are in the same area as Debate Parlor). Use the staff in your off-hand. Casting speed increases dramatically! I'll fight her again in the morning.
So you saw the effects of Radagons icon. It boosts casting speed by giving you 30 "virtual" levels in dexterity. I don't think the hand which with you hold the staff has any effect on casting speed

I was able to confirm this on stream today. Time to empty my FP bar without Asur's Staff was 32 seconds. Time to empty FP bar with Azur's Staff was 25 seconds. Even though I didn't have the stats to use it. Both tests include the Radagon Icon because Why Not?

If you leveled Int and faith up to 30 then you'll get the benefit from both of those for incantations. I believe some of them scale with both stats. Some sorceries also scale with both int and faith. In the case of rock sling, it's a sorcery, but it deals "physical damage" which scales with strength. I leveled int to 80 because it improves the damage output of my staff. By the end of the video I had rock sling dealing around 750 with no buffs, and around 1300-1500 with buffs
@@joegella @Joe Gella oh ye ok so ye my seal has I think a faith and a int scales. Does the sorcererys and int scale with the requirements of either int or faith on top of the staff or seal scale too? how do you tell what a certain sorcerery or incant scale same as weapons?
@@joegella I'm alil confused so all Incant and sorcery have base damage regardless of staff or seal or attributes and only the staff or seal scales the damage or the weapon scales and also the requirements scales based on how high they are or that's jus the requirements? Sorry if being a lil confusing but I'm a lil confused myself lol
@@joegella ok so physical is damage is based on your strength and maybe like holy and lighting scale with faith or magic scales with int? How you tell what attributes they have does it show in screen or you gotta look it up or guess?
@@mycelium1456 the way I was able to tell was by doing various tests. I know that rock sling does ONLY physical damage and zero magic damage. I know this because I used the physick flask to buff my magic damage output, rock sling wasn't affected by that. Then, I used the flask again to buff my strength stat, and boom rock sling was doing more damage because of it. I know it's confusing since rock sling is a sorcery, but it's basically just blunt force of rocks so it makes sense that it wouldn't do magic damage. If you increase Int, it makes your staff do more damage regardless of what your casting. So I have 80 int for a strong staff and around 35 strength for a strong rock sling. Hope that helps!
