And I think yes julius can match him in speed, and when he fought patry the reason he lost was probably cuz of the fight involving ppl's safety and that he didn't wanted to kill him. But still, Julius vs Licht with his grimoire. It would still be hard to say whose gonna win but I would put my money on licht cuz as it is said he was on par with the first wizard king when using his grimoire.
