I felt the vibe between Genting and RCCL is that one is a floating casino and the other is a floating resort I would say royal Carribean does food better than genting u get more complimentary options and it’s just better than being stuck to 3 limiting options u find on dream cruises legs not forget that the balcony on dream is far smaller than the one on the quantum class ships

If you’re a gambler, Genting Dream is good. If not, I would pick Royal Caribbean.

For Balcony Class which was what we were on, it is provided! But only 2 devices can connect to it at the same time :) There is also another option to buy a faster wifi plan, but I found the internet speeds fast enough to watch RUclips and stream movies
