Getting the nose job is definitely her choice and there is 100% no shame in that, but I’m just really impressed at how much the hormones alone changed the look of her face. It can be very difficult to share such a personal story like this but, it is thanks to you and the many that are sharing your stories with us, that helps us to realize that you can transgender and that for us it can mean the difference between being happy, or unhappy in our own bodies. When I was young, medical technology was not there to undergo the surgy to complete the full transition. Nor was it acceptable as it is more so now. You were a good looking guy and now, you make a wonderful looking young woman. Well done.
