0:51 • 5 tablespoons of 00 flour
0:54 • 20 g of bitter cocoa
0:56 • 10 g of baking powder
For the cream:
2:21 • 750 ml of milk
2:29 • 1 sachet of creme caramel pudding (75 g)
2:33 • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
3:00 • 1 tablespoon butter
3:03 • 8 g vanilla sugar
For the chocolate ganache:
3:33 • 70 g of dark chocolate
3:36 • 125 g of chocolate cream
Decoration:
5:06 • milk chocolate
