A lot of the bosses kinda suffer from being able to do them in any order, so the earlier bosses are more unfair; I think with Penguin for example you can actually destroy the drones if you have the right gadget for it, but if you don't then he's probably the hardest one. Since the bosses can be done in any order, the defusing bomb sequence and I think the after credits cutscenes change depending on who you defeat last, though I doubt most people would want to go through getting all three endings.

The idea of doing it in any order is actually a cool idea in concept, but the game really isn't designed well enough around it which causes a lot of the power ups to feel samey and a lot of the bosses to only really have one solution, which is just boring
