I still remember that you would wait 15 minutes for a 25 bus and then 5 of them would come at once. People complained about it and they decreased the number of buses on the route as there used to be 46 buses on the route now there is only 32. This mainly caused all the buses to be packed. I've been a regular user since 2009 so I know this!
Great video! They also changed the buses on the route and put on Wright Street Decks. Also, TFL need to increase the number of buses on the route as the buses always get really packed as it is the most used bus route in London

25 and 159 has been cut back, 113 is getting cut to Marble Arch, 23 has been re-routed via Marble Arch. Oxford Street are on a downward spiral
