Doesn’t the + % on leering cane mean that the abilities load even slower? And - % means it goes faster? If no then I always looked at the leering cane the wrong way LOL

Sorry for my rude opinion. I dont think your set up is "original" and fight the Meta. The reason is because you use "average" set up like anyone else. The difference is just the weapon you use. If you really want to be different and fight the meta. Choose low cost or pve oriented gear and bring them to fight. Feel free to hate me. Just want to say my opinion.
