4v4v4 Crossing Game | Pep Guardiola’s FC Bayern Munich

💡 How It Works:
Three teams of four players are on the pitch:
Team A defends one goal.
Team B defends the opposite goal.
Team C starts in the center and attacks Team A’s goal.
1️⃣ Team C attacks by receiving two crosses from outside players stationed around the pitch:
The first cross comes from one flank.
Once the first action is completed, a second cross is delivered from the opposite flank.
2️⃣ After both crosses, the roles rotate:
The attacking team (Team C) becomes defenders for one goal.
The defending team (Team A) moves to the center to attack the other defending team (Team B).
3️⃣ The drill continues in this fast-paced, rotational format, keeping players engaged and simulating game-like scenarios.
