On those types of calls I always start looking at the gas regulator to see if the vent is iced up or plugged. So many times I have found that was the issue
Many companies turn tbeir a/c...heaters off when closed. Come to work freezing. Tirn heat and expecting the heater to warm up the place in minutes. When it takes a few hours to warm up the WHOLE building and everything in it.
*It would have been nice to see you cover up that factory punched hole you can see just after **1:15** in the lower bottom right hand side of the paneI with 3 or 4 layers of metallic seam tape, because that's probably where the bird was coming in from.*
Don't lie.. you didn't miss us... you big faker. Thats a beat down york unit. Maybe the line had to get bled out of air.Keep it running till the new year when equipment becomes available. Stay safe and be well
Who are you and what did you do to Bearded Bill?!
Been awhile, did a blower motor belt get your beard because I wouldn't believe you cut it off on purpose.

Stuff happens. Sometime you can explain, sometimes not.

Bill you are the Man!
Great Video. Thank you for sharing
My dude now you have to change your logo
Did you figure out how they got in there and build that massive nest? That's wild.
Maybe internal wear of components caused the intermitent failure🤔 (pressure switch, high temp cutout, etc).
Hey , if it ain't fixed , don't broke it 😂😅🤣 Good vid ... Thx ...
Yeah he is back whoop whoop
218 thumbs up
sounds like the blower limit auto reset maybe.thanks for sharing.
Hardly recognized you without the ZZ Top beard!
Great to see you back was wondering what you had been up to...
Obviously the internal safety circuits saw that bird's nest there and refused to allow the igniter to fire.

It’s not a York it’s a Lennox.
yeah Lennox not York, you see all those controls could only be an old Lennox!
Good to see you back, even if you’re sans beard 😮
Reconized the pipes on your voice but not the short beard. Stay safe my friend
👍
Welcome back!
You found Chris's natural habitat you found the hvacr Batcave
What happen to the beard?
👍👍👍
LOL, Bill its built just like a raypac pool heater, minus the tube bundle and condenser. that is hilarious.
bring on the videos
Yooo, the beard 😮
Nice job Bill! If it ain't broke you can't fix it.
something to check is the the flame spreader between burners. they get rust in them and don't transfer flame to next burner every time
Never boring son😘
His wife did it while he was sleeping 😴
Changing out heat exchangers on these models is annoying as hell, screws in all the worst locations
We miss your beard 😢
