Based on AOV (Lien Quan).... Volkath is the semi-copy of Yang Jian.... TENCENT just change ulti.... The 2nd skill of both of them is more and less the same, just the area coverage (Volkath 360 degrees, Yang Jian just 180 degrees)....

Yeah, he is coming in the Brazil release on 8th march. Some streamers got the early access, Yang Jian and Ganjiang Mo Ye are available in that version. They also dubbed those heroes in Portuguese

I'm playing in Chinese server. They will soon announce the date for Europe and NA region, so stay tuned
