It’s healthy to rearrange and change up things. It can be both good or bad because it affects your emotional health. The more the better/the less the worse OR the less the better/the more the worse. It is like a cognitive thing that deals with our environment and attachment on how we want to adapt and evolve throughout the new transformation. Hope that answered your question M!!
