I just heard this song for the 1st time less than 2 hours ago & it's already one of my favorite songs. His lyrics in this song closely describes a familiar situation for me almost exactly. It was written almost as if I would've wrote the song about my experience. Incredible song!

If you know anything about the artist & his music you'd know that he doesn't have the typical mannerisms of most performers. He dives into the music & goes with what he feels. If he didn't want to be there he wouldn't have been there. He's probably feeling sorry for those people who can't listen to the song without snapping pictures.

@albertj313 I agree. He mixes delving deep into his music and still manages to perform it according to the atmosphere. In this case, it was all acoustic in the company of a few inside of a small place. He completely captured the mood of the song as well as the mood in the room. Couldn't ask for more than that.

I love Bilal's gift. He is also one of my favorite vocalist of all times from any era or genre! The way he explores his vocal range, bending notes and placing his heart on record through melodic ecstacy is truly original. However, I can only listen to this song every other month because it brings me to a place that is vulnerable and depressing. Master emotional conveyer!
