I also like the style of the Neptune Shaun, quite spacious inside and that lovely terrace up top. This one is a good price indeed, but probably due to the fact that the plot does not really allow for a decent pool to be put in. Also no heating/aircon so a bit to spend for added comfort in the extremes of Mercian weather as you always stress.
Still quite good value though, great views. New owner could always put in heating / cooling and I guess a narrow pool with a water jet, but it looks like it would end up small and in a shady area, so more for exercise than leisure and fun. Keep safe.

Great video, Shaun! We purchased our Villa last September, and ours is a Neptuno style. We are very happy with ours, now if we could only get back to Camposol to enjoy it. Hopefully one day soon.

A municipal pool would be a major factor for a sale on c & d areas

Hi Shaun,nice one again thanks for that.HOW ABOUT SOME DRONE SHOTS TO GET AN OVERVIEW OF THE DIFFERENT sectors so that we "stay at home guys" CAN GET A BETTER IDEA OF THE LAYOUT OF THE SHOPS MOTORWAYS ETC. would be nice, but not a must..take care now ..

@ yes SNOW !!! I live about an hour south of Hamburg in Germany..But I must say snow is getting to be a rare thing the last couple of years.I watched your video of "snow in camposol" which amazed me at the time. Now I know that it is not all sunshine in Spain.bye and take care now..
