I work at warehouse, I see them every day. They're called Yard Jockey's normally. They use them to move semi trailers around the parkinglots for the truck drivers.
The only reason I knew this existed already is because I’ve gone through and spawned the entire vehicle library more than once

In real life, they're called "Yard Jockeys". Companies who have a lot of truck traffic have these to move trailers around for loading or unloading because with this, it hooks to a semi trailer, then lifts up the trailer with a hydraulic lift under the 5th plate (the roundish thing with a whole in it). This is for ease of movement because with a normal semi, you do the same thing minus the hydraulic lift and you have to lift the trailer legs (which helps hold the trailer up). This is a simple explanation of what it really is and does, awesome video Speirs!
