10:26 - 10:50 I actually jumped out of my seat and yelled "NO WAY" when I saw this. that game 2 was absolutely wild to watch. I picked DRX to win, and ended up getting my 5 pick ems' points.

I had the exact same reaction as DL, like WHAT. Back to back bangers from GenG vs DK and DRX vs EDG. Love the storyline for all these teams. This worlds is wildly entertaining, a one to remember.

I had a feeling that this series as well as yesterday’s were both going to be insane from the fact that I had a hard time deciding which team would advance on either of them for my pick ems

True. I wholeheartedly believed that DK would win, but I was proven wrong.
I was less conflicted with this match, going for a 3-1 victory for EDG, and man, I'm glad I was proven wrong.
I am on Place 1633 with 90 points rn - so I would say, my pick'ems worked out well. ^^
I also predicted it a 3-1 favoring EDG, but you know what I'm pretty satisfied DRX won. Never thought they'll be my instant favorite. My prediction was 2 lck teams vs 2 lpl teams for the semi and another intense match up T1 vs EDG finals, but finals could still potential be JDG vs GENG was my earlier prediction. Now I think we might actually get to see an LCK vs LCK finals. JDG looks strong, but I don't know by how much since they faced an EU team that isn't that strong. While T1 potentially looking like the strongest team or the most stacked of them all if they played their cards right. DRX seems to be improving as they experience more games. GenG at least beaten T1 at LCK summer finals and also faced them at spring finals, they might perform better in the semis, but it be pretty tough to match up DRX if they kept their momentum going. DRX looking like FPX being an underdog at the start yet may cruise their way on becoming world champions as they won against EDG in a5 close games which T1 has always had trouble fighting against and DRX can be pretty creative with their picks, people might judge their odd draft sometimes but somehow they make it work somehow. This worlds is pretty unpredictable I gotta say.

@@Starblockss Beryl had to play support in a game where DRX ran zero front line. He definitely made mistakes but he still performed great in the series. Can't say the same about doublelift. Guy has been bottom 2 ADC in his last worlds.

I am so sorry but I picked against you in the next match. The storyline of Faker v Chovy regardless of who wins is too strong for me. It really does not look like a winning fight. Honestly zeka played that absolutely perfectly. The rest of his team probably thought a fight wasnt winnable and were probably looking to back away but went in trusting zekas call. The only person that actually thought the fight was good was zeka there. Just looking at the fight if zeka didnt clutch it drx loses ez and karma straight away then lose the fight

@@Starblockss Yeah technically it's a 4v5, but the second Jax jumped out of the pit who was on less than 50% HP, had mana for only one spell rotation they had a brief window.
No Lulu and Aphelios ult either, and DRX had everything up with a soul as well.
@@johna7767 Lol the team wasn't looking to back away. You can see Ezreal and Beryl preventing EDG from running away with poke, giving time for Zeka to engage. If they wanted to run, they wouldn't just backed away instead of moving forward to poke and corner them. Obviously the difference in knowing a winning fight is the reason why LCS is always at bottom and LCK/LPL wins

Really good series but imo gen vs dk was better, I feel like EDG inted really hard in some places like in game 4 where they lock lee leblanc, and game 5 where scout inted into zeka like 4 times lol still an absolute banger and had me on the edge of y seat! Drx actually reminds me of EDG last year where every series they play they're really fighting for their lives
