All of shions squad were the members who got killed and was revived when Rimuru evolved into a demon lord. They basically all have instant heal skills so they're perfect for stalling enemies
Shion's company, the yoniguri, are the 100 or so that died during the assault on tempest that rimuru resurrected. They all obtained an immortality skill, it's not named immortality, but is effectively immortality. The little goblin girl running around stabbing dudes woth poison is the one shipn protected before dieing lol

They mentioned that these guys from Shion's squad have some kind of heal or anti-dying ability, I believe those guys are all who got ressurected by Rimuru when he became a demon lord, hence why Gobzo is a part of it.
The ramen shop was actually on the ending, it briefly showed what they skipped from the LN, about how they spread the ramen along with Mjöllmile. The funny part was the fish guy in the background, he was served dishes with fish in it, and he was pissed about it, still ate it though, cause you know, big fish eats smaller fishes n all that
Rimuru Ultimate skill can basically mimic any phenomenon that it can physically observe. So as long as Raphael can study a technique it can copy it. Basically a far superior skill to hinata usurper ability. The only way to counter is to use a move that Raphael can't study. Like time skip or something........
Lady in the glass casket? My guess is that she's the Hero who sealed Veldora away 300 years ago, "rescued" Shizu and gave her the mask that Rimuru has made a copy of.

Raphael needs to see a physical skill to copy it. The more it sees the skill, the quicker it copies it. So Raphael might have wanted to see that Melt Slash skill so it could copy it, cause Raphael wants to learn all the skills, from what I've seen.

But to get there you have to play connect the dots. I agree that the name shouldn't be mentioned though, it is more gun to see people figure it out from the clues first
