The celebration was them waiting to see if they were going to get offered a job before deciding to fully invest in a relationship with me. Meanwhile, I'm all in and emotionally getting feelings wondering why he's being so strange about making time to see me. He got offered the job and is moving. I'm angry and hurt, but thankfully we didn't sleep together.
